Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

 

Return

Please contact us in advance at info@aimgnatic.com if you wish to make a return. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions

Personalized products or items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if they have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
