Shipping area

We currently ship within Germany. Shipping to other countries is possible upon request – please contact us by email.

 

Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled by DHL or a comparable provider. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

 

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that delays may occur during periods of high order volume.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.90 per order. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.

 

Returns & Cancellations

Returns are possible within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal. The buyer bears the costs of return shipping. Please contact us in advance at info@aimgnatic.com so that we can coordinate the process.
